We are airline pilots, experienced and educated aviation human performance specialists with more than 12 years of experience in training.

AviCense specializes in CRM (Crew Resource Management), which is becoming increasingly important in aviation.

AviCense is a project driven by Frédéric & Raf.

Raf is Organizational Psychologist (KU Leuven) and experienced Human Interface specialist. He is a commander and CRM instructor at TUI Airlines and a member of EAAP (European Association for Aviation Psychology).

The project is run in full collaboration with Frédéric, commander at TUI Airlines and experienced flight instructor. He is founder of FRED ENTERPRISES and has over a decade of experience as CRM instructor both within and outside aviation.
